December 2013

Dear alumni and friends

I am very pleased to welcome our new and returning alumni who stood in the recent Senate and Alumni Council elections, and to thank all alumni who participated in the elections this year, it is greatly appreciated.

Last week Nobel Peace Prize winner Daw Aung San Suu Kyi was presented with an Honorary Doctorate in the Concert Hall of the Sydney Opera House. I encourage you to watch her inspiring talk available on the University website.

On behalf of the University and the Alumni Council I thank you all for your support in 2013 and wish you the very best for the festive season.

With kind regards

Tracey Beck | Director, Alumni Relations and Events
